Sawsan is an award-winning pharmacist with 30+ years across hospital and community pharmacy, including building a hospital pharmacy department from the ground up. She is known for her extensive knowledge, clinical skill, and taking time to explain medications in plain language.

Patients value her warmth and judgement-free approach, especially when they have felt rushed or dismissed elsewhere.

Dina is a UBC PharmD graduate and the Pharmacy Manager at Heritage Pharmacy. She focuses on accuracy, reliability, and quick turnaround while protecting patient safety.

If you are transferring prescriptions, starting a new medication, or navigating insurance, Dina makes the process clear and manageable.

Bebo is an award-winning software engineer and UBC Computer Science graduate who built a state-of-the-art technology lab inside the pharmacy. He previously worked at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services.

His focus is on internal tools that streamline workflow, reduce delays, and help pharmacists spend more time on patient care and less time on bottlenecks.

Gracelink Medical Clinic is located alongside our pharmacy and led by Dr. Gabriel Pekun. While the clinic and pharmacy are separate practices, our teams work side by side.

When appropriate and with patient consent, this close proximity helps coordinate prescriptions, clarify medication questions, and keep care plans moving smoothly.
